Adjusting your graphic's size or placement before you upload

To keep orders moving quickly, DePOD doesn't resize or reposition designs after upload. The print area is fixed at 14 x 16 inches, centered on the chest, every time. That's what lets orders go from upload to shipped in 2-3 days instead of sitting in a back-and-forth about placement.

That means getting the size and placement right is on you, before you upload — but it's a quick fix if something looks off. If your design feels too big, too small, or sits oddly once you see the mockup, go back into your canvas (Canva or whatever you used), resize or move the artwork on the same 4200 x 4800 canvas, export again, and re-upload. The print area will always be the same box, so you're just adjusting how your art sits inside it.

A couple of habits make this painless: keep your source file (the Canva project, not just the exported PNG) so you can tweak it instead of starting over, and preview your mockup before you finalize an order so you're never guessing how it'll look on the shirt.
